On January 25, 2012 has been awarded the Gold Medal at Rey Juan Carlos University, posthumously, D. Camilo Prado Freire, President of the European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM) from 1983 to 2010 and Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.
