Registration information

The number of authors may not exceed 4.
All authors must be enrolled in one of the existing modalities (assistant or not assistant). At least one of them should attend the conference to defend the paper. Failure to follow this rule will result in the REJECTION OF WORK.

REGISTRATION FEES:

The authors of a paper that does not attend to the Congress, must pay a registration fee of 75 €.

The authors attending to the Congress who traveling with the AEDEM group, must pay a fee of 150 €.

The authors attending to the Congress who traveling on their own, must pay a registration fee of 396 €.

The authors attending to the Congress of the host country will have an entry fee of 75 €.

All authors of a paper must be registered before 30 July, 2012.

One of the authors will register in the registration section of the website. And with the password received, enter in www.aedem-virtual.com/ponentes and send the paper from this page.
